33 year old male charged with five firearm related charges – Kew

The 33 year old male will be taken before the Chief Magistrate in the Magistrate’s Court later this week on charges of Discharging Firearm, Possession of Ammunition, Discharging Ammunition, Possession of Firearm with intent to endanger life and Possession of Ammunition with intent to endanger life.The 33 year old male will not be entering a plea until the day of his Sufficiency Hearing in the Supreme Court. The Chief Magistrate will schedule the date for that Sufficiency Hearing later this week.
